PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a colored fabric adhesive tape, by which the colored fabric adhesive tape having multi-colored various patterns such as characters or letters can efficiently be produced from saved materials at a low cost by the method except a printing method more simply than by conventional methods for producing colored fabric adhesive tapes. SOLUTION: This method for producing the colored fabric adhesive tape is characterized by disposing a colored pigment-free polyethylene layer (4) on one side of a substrate comprising a woven fabric (3) using colored yarns as warps (1) and / or wefts (2), disposing an adhesive layer (5) on the other side of the substrate and further disposing a releasing agent layer on the side opposite to the adhesive layer-disposed side.
