PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a U-shape locking tool for theft prevention with high supporting rigidity and to increase a degree of design freedom below and between both seat rails, in a vehicle in which a housing room capable of housing the U-shape locking tool for theft prevention is formed in a rear cover covering at least the external side of both seat rails. SOLUTION: The rear cover 54 has at least a pair of left and right side part covers 68 covering both seat rails 21 from the external side, and a bottom cover 69 provided between both side part covers 68 to form the bottom of the storage room 67 and covering both seat rails 21 from above. Both seat rails 21 are provided with protrusions 21c penetrated through the bottom cover 69, with the upper ends protruded in the storage room 67. Both ends of a hook 64 provided in the U-shape locking tool 66 for theft prevention stored in the storage room 67 are locked in a cross plate 71 arranged between the upper ends of both protrusions 21c in the storage room 67.
