摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centering device which centers an inner diameter center of a cylindrical member with high accuracy even if the inner diameter center is decentered from an outer diameter center of the cylindrical member. SOLUTION: The centering device consists of a pressing portion 2 for pressing an outer surface of the cylindrical member 7, and a columnar reference portion 3 arranged opposedly to the pressing portion, for supporting an inner surface of the cylindrical member with its outer surface, and having a reference point on which the inner diameter center of the cylindrical member is centered. The reference portion is immovably held such that the inner diameter center of the cylindrical member matches with the reference point of the reference portion when the outer surface of the reference portion abuts on the inner surface of the cylindrical member at a location that is closest to the pressing portion. The pressing portion is formed of a pressing portion main body, a movable portion 5 mounted on the pressing portion main body so as to be arbitrarily movable in parallel with a circumferential direction of a location of the cylindrical reference portion, that is closest to the pressing portion, and two contact portions 6 for abutting on the outer surface of the cylindrical member. The pressing portion main body is movable in a radial direction of the cylindrical reference portion between an advanced position where the two contact portions press the outer surface of the cylindrical portion and a retreated position where the two contact portions are separated from the outer surface of the cylindrical portion.
