PLASMA DISPLAY

摘要

A plasma display panel wherein all the charges are positive is disclosed which comprises a green phosphor which hardly adsorbs or reacts with water, carbon monoxide, a carbon dioxide gas or a hydrocarbon. As the green phosphor, there is used a combination of a green phosphor MMg1-xAl11O19:Mnx (wherein M is La or Ce) having a magnetoplumbite crystal structure and an yttrium borate or yttrium aluminate green phosphor composed of a material represented by the general formula (Y1-a-yGda)BO3:Tby; the general formula (Y1-a-yGda)(Ga1-xAlx)3(BO3)4:Tby; or the general formula (Y1-a-yGda)(Ga1-xAlx)3(BO3)4:Cey, Tby, (Y1-y)3(Ga1-xAlx)5O12:Tby, LaMg1-xAl11O19:Cex, Tbx.
