PURPOSE: An accounting method and an accounting system for an one-phone service are provided to integratedly manage accounting information generated during Bluetooth communication using a fixed Bluetooth access point installed at a user's house and a mobile Bluetooth access point installed in a public place, thereby realizing an easy accounting management. CONSTITUTION: A user attempts a one-phone call in a Bluetooth mode(S100), and inputs a receiver telephone number(S200). A one-phone transmits a one-phone identifier and the receiver telephone number to a one-phone access point(S300). When a call is requested, the one-phone access point operates in two ways(S400). In case of a fixing mode, a call setup is requested with the receiver telephone number to make a call(S610,S620). If the access point is in a mobile mode, the receiver telephone number, the one-phone identifier, and an AP identifier are transmitted to an SSP of an intelligent network(S510). The SSP sends the one-phone identifier to an SCP of the intelligent network(S520). The SCP retrieves a wired telephone number corresponding to the one-phone identifier(S530). When an accounting target is determined, the SCP indicates a call setup with the receiver number while making the call with a receiver(S540,S550).
