摘要

PURPOSE: A method for loading an operation program of a mobile terminal is provided to prevent distribution of a terminal without undergoing a qualified process or loading of an operation program into a terminal by an illicit method. CONSTITUTION: User information stored in a terminal is backed up to a PC. Whether or not an operation program to be loaded into the terminal is qualified is determined by comparing a protection code stored in the operation program to be loaded and a protection code stored in a download program of the PC. If the operation program is qualified, it is transmitted to be loaded in the terminal. When loading of the operation program is completed, the backed up user information is restored into the terminal.
