<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an image forming system configured by connecting a paper sheet supply device, an image forming device, a paper sheet post-processing device, etc., in which alignment of the devices with one another is difficult, stability in paper conveyance degrades due to displacement of the devices from one another, and misregistration of images occurs. <P>SOLUTION: In the paper sheet handling device having a connection means that connects a paper sheet inlet to another paper sheet handling device 1, the connection means are disposed so that the height of a paper sheet outlet and the height of the paper sheet inlet are almost equal to each other. In a system such as an image forming system composed by connecting the plurality of paper handling devices, conveyance failure caused in the connected parts or image misregistration are satisfactorily prevented.
