<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient electronic information selection system and selection method, realizing selection of electronic information by easy operation when selecting the electronic information necessary for EC or the like using a network such as the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: A retrieval condition input promotion function 201 makes a terminal 100 display a retrieval condition input screen 110, and a user 101 inputs retrieval conditions. An information retrieval collection function 202 collects commodity information from a database 300 according to the retrieval conditions. An information exhibition display function 203 exhibits the collected commodity information on a computer screen of the terminal 100.
