<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issure an ID card requiring an image for certification which varies per individual person and thereby, reduce a unit cost for creating each ID card. <P>SOLUTION: The base board for creating an ID card is equipped with a printing seal 11 with release paper 10 attached to the back and a protecting film 20 arranged on the surface of the printing seal 11. The printing seal 11 has a folding line 12 formed at an intermediate position and a blanked part 14 of an appropriate image size for certification, formed on at least a printing surface which becomes a face side. The protecting film 20 has an adhesive coating layer 25 formed on the back and also a bond region 26 which is previously bonded to the back side of the printing seal and a non-bonded region 28 with a release material 27 provided on the back. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
