<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a braking device which is used for braking, from being damaged by preventing the vehicle from starting under a parking braked state of the vehicle, and to achieve the function by a simple constitution, and also, to improve the riding feeling of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle 1 is equipped with an advancing operation unit 40 which enables the advancement of the vehicle 1 by the operation of a passenger, and a parking braking operation unit 56 which enables the operation of the passenger to brake the vehicle 1 during parking.
