PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stopper for locking the revolving operation of a trigger lever from moving carelessly from a locking mode position and an unlocking mode position. SOLUTION: A stopper attaching part 2a, a rail-like projection 2b, which smoothly guides the up and down movement of the stopper 1 and prevents the fall-off of the stopper, an upper recessed part 2e for holding the stopper 1 to the locking mode position and a lower recessed part 2f for holding the stopper to the unlocking mode position, are formed to the trigger lever 2. The vertically long protruded part 1b locked with the attaching part 2a and the protruded parts 1c locked with the upper recessed part 2e and the lower recessed part 2f are formed to the stopper 1. The vertically long protruded part 1b of the stopper 1 goes over the rail-like projection 2b to enter the attaching part 2a to attach the stopper 1 to the trigger lever 2. Since the protruded parts 1c are locked with the upper recessed part 2e and the lower recessed part 2f in a locking mode and an unlocking mode, the careless movement of the stopper 1 from the respective mode positions is prevented.
