PURPOSE: A manual slide valve of a pneumatic system is provided to minimize the waste of the air by removing only the air of a cylinder to be checked by installing the slide valve between a supply hose and an exhaust hose and accordingly to reduce maximally noise generated in discharging the air. CONSTITUTION: A manual slide valve(200) of a pneumatic system connected with supply and exhaust hoses(141,142) for feeding and discharging the air to a cylinder comprises a slide body(210) and a piston rod(220). The slide body has two rod holes(211) formed independently from each other to penetrate the inside and a large diameter expansion unit(212) formed in the middle portion in two rod holes. The piston rod is installed in the slide body longer than the slide body and composed of the supply and exhaust hoses arranged at both ends; air inlet and exhaust grooves(223,224) separated from each other about a partition(222); inlet and exhaust holes(225,226) formed at the air inlet and exhaust grooves and positioned in the expansion unit; and at least two closing rings(227) installed at the outer periphery to seal with the rod holes except for the expansion unit.
