STEEL COMPOSITE BRIDGE WITHOUT CONSTRUCTING A MOLD TO PREVENT AN ACCIDENT AND THE CONSTRUCTING METHOD

PURPOSE: A construction method for a steel composite bridge without a mold is provided to shorten a period of construction by placing a tendon cable and concrete easily without a mold and to place concrete firmly. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for a steel composite bridge without a mold comprises the steps of: manufacturing T-shaped steel molds having a concrete filling part(11a) and a reinforcing beam(13) extended vertically to form an I-shape; installing a tendon with a tendon cable(12) inserted to be movable and a convex cable inserting pipe(14) whose both ends are located on front and rear ends of a mold(11); placing concrete to the concrete filling part(11a) of the mold(11) with internal residual stress removed; completing a mold(10) with the suitable bending moment to meet the numerical value according to a plan by pulling up and fixing both sides of a cable(12) of the mold(11) with concrete; placing both ends of the completed mold(10) on each pier(30) and connecting molds with a steel plate(21) for a slab; placing concrete on the connected mold(10) and the steel plate(21) for a slab; and forming a runway by spreading an upper steel plate on the placed concrete, connecting the steel plate with a reinforcing beam(13) of each mold(10), and placing and curing concrete on the steel plate.
