PURPOSE: A fixing device cutter of a steel fiber for concrete bonding is provided to form cutter installing recesses in middle portions of a roller and fix a cutter plate firmly, thereby simply and stably connecting the structure of coupling units. CONSTITUTION: Cutter installing recesses(1) are radially formed at middle portions of rolling portions(D,D') formed at peripheral surfaces of rollers(R,R'). In order to cut a steel fiber, cutter plates(2) are installed in the cutter installing recesses(1). Protruding portions protruded to side surfaces of both ends of the roller(R,R') are formed at both end portions of the cutter plate inserted into the cutter installing recesses(1). The cutter plates are engaged with fixing devices by engaging screws(5) at both ends of the roller.
