PURPOSE: A system for managing arrears using a business telephony recording technology combining the CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) outbound telemarketing and a recording system is provided to offer hardware/software for performing a business with a customer in arrears, and solve a problem generated from a telephone call by using the business telephony recording technology. CONSTITUTION: As a computation center is constructed through a background computation center(100), database information of a financial account system is exchanged through a post-loan database(200). As information generated in a local branch center(400) is exchanged with the background computation center and a post-loan database center, a user efficiently uses the software/hardware, the network, and a communication system needed for the financial arrears management. The optimal telemarketing is implemented on the arrears management system by storing voice information in a database of a voice information recording/storing server.
