<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize smooth article procurement by automating urging of an answer to a request for procurement. <P>SOLUTION: A procurement support system which mediates between a buyer and a supplier when the buyer procures articles from the supplier is provided. A server 11 when receiving some request for procurement from a buyer terminal 2 associates the supplier as a request destination, request contents, a time limit of answer, with a dunning day that the buyer specifies based upon the time limit of answer with one another and registers them in a database. Further, the server 11 sends dunning mail in which an outline of the procurement request is described to a supplier terminal 3 that the supplier as the request destination previously set on the day determined by subtracting the dunning day from the time limit of answer on the assumption that there is no answer to the procurement request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
