PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which a stator coil end is cooled with a cooling oil efficiently with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The motor comprises a stator core 2000 where a plurality of slots are formed and are attached with a stator coil, and a rotatable rotor 1010 which is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the hollow part of the stator core 2000. The slot is attached with an insulating paper 2012 on which a stator coil 2011 is wound. The length of the insulating paper 2012 in the direction of rotating shaft is longer than that of the stator core 2000 in the rotating shaft direction. The motor comprises a rotating shaft cooling oil path 1100 for supplying a cooling liquid to a rotor end face, and an inclined part 1022 provided on the end face of the rotor 1010 for guiding the cooling liquid to a stator coil end 2010 outside the rotating direction of the shaft, outer than in the insulating paper 2012 protruding from the stator core 2000 in the rotating direction of the shaft.
