PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat dissipation properties of a motor without requiring high precision machining at the attaching part of a stator and a motor case. SOLUTION: A sheet impregnated with resin is arranged at the stator holding part of the inner wall of a motor case body (S10) and the stator is inserted from the opening part of the motor case body and assembled (S12). A heater is then inserted from the opening part of the motor case body and located on the stator side (S14). Subsequently, the heater is turned on to heat the sheet impregnated with resin through the stator thus bringing semicured resin into a soft fluidized state (S16). When heating is continued, thermosetting resin is cured and solidified in a gap (S18). The heater is removed from the interior of the case body and components, e.g. a rotor and the like, are assembled (S20) and then a motor case cover is fixed, thus completing a motor 10 for a vehicle.
