PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens made small-sized and lightweight while maintaining high optical performance, and capable of securing appropriate back focus and also maintaining high telecentricity. SOLUTION: The imaging lens is constituted by disposing a 1st lens 2 turning its convex surface to an object side and having main positive power, a 2nd lens 3 being a meniscus lens turning its convex surface to an image surface side and having negative power and a 3rd lens 4 turning its convex surface to the object side and having positive power in this order from the object side to the image surface side.
