PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for an improved process generating turbulence to liquid or gas product stream or adjusting the temperature. SOLUTION: This device is a housing into which at least two turbulence elements 2, 2' are removably inserted functioning so as to generate turbulence when the flow passes through the housing, by reducing the hollow flow section of the housing by forming three-dimensional lattice in the flow direction.
