PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator incorporating oil cooler and its manufacturing method capable of brazing components of the oil cooler by heating the oil cooler with the radiator in a state that the oil cooler is accommodated in a tank of the radiator. SOLUTION: The oil cooler 6 is composed of a heat exchanging part 8, tube plates 8a, 8b and pipes P1, P2. The pipes P1, P2 are inserted into an opening part 1c of tank 1b in a state that they are inserted into an insertion member 11 to be temporarily fixed to opening parts 8c of the tube plates 8a, 8b, and the insertion member 11 is kept into contact with upper faces of the tube plates 8a, 8b before brazing. The oil cooler 6 can be pressed to the inside in the stacking direction, of an element part 7 between inner walls 1c of the tank 1b through the pipes P1, P2 or the inserting member 11 in brazing.
