PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor with a structure capable of separating efficiently a lubricating oil contained in a fluid for the sake of improving durability and reducing noises. SOLUTION: A compressor includes a high-pressure chamber having an oil storage portion in which the fluid compressed by a compression mechanism is introduced through a high-pressure pathway and at least oil retainer contained in the fluid is stored, and a partitioning member which is located between the high-pressure pathway and the high-pressure chamber and is equipped with a plurality of introducing holes for dividing a stream of the fluid coming from the high-pressure pathway to introduce the divided fluids to the high-pressure chamber. In the compressor, a rectifying wall is formed which guides vertically and downward the stream of the fluid that has flown in from the upper introducing holes of the partitioning member into the high-pressure chamber.
