PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container for a toilet seat apparatus, which facilitates unpacking work in a narrow toilet space upon installing the apparatus. SOLUTION: The packaging container is used to package the toilet seat apparatus composed of a toilet seat and/or a toilet lid and an apparatus body supporting the toilet seat and/or the toilet lid rotatably. The packaging container comprises a buffering material supporting the outer peripheral part and bottom of the toilet seat apparatus, and a box body housing the toilet seat apparatus and the buffering material. Gripping members are formed on the sides of the buffering material, on which folding worked parts are also formed to make the upper part of the sides of buffering material unfoldable outward. When the toilet seat apparatus is housed in the box body, the folding worked parts are set higher than the bottom of the toilet seat apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
