PURPOSE: A DC/DC converter module is provided to reduce costs and power consumption by integrating an inductor and a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A DC/DC converter module comprises a low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) substrate(31), a DC/DC converter(32), a stacked type inductor(33), and inactive circuit units(34A,34B). The LTCC substrate has a plurality of dielectric layers laminated on a surface thereof. The DC/DC converter is mounted on the LTCC substrate, and converts an input DC voltage into a predetermined DC voltage. The stacked type inductor has an end connected to an output terminal of the DC/DC converter, and is formed into a conductive pattern in certain parts of the dielectric layers on the LTCC substrate. The inactive circuit units are connected between the other end of the stacked type inductor and a ground, and include a capacitor mounted on the LTCC substrate. |
