SLAG TRAP FOR DISCHARGING SLAG IN A MELTING FURNACE BY SLOWLY COOLING THE STAG

PURPOSE: A slag trap discharge device is provided to recycle hardened slag to construction materials of various purposes by slowly cooling the hot melting slag in a mold. CONSTITUTION: A waste is inserted through the upper part of a melting furnace body(22) and melted in the melting furnace body. A homogenizing furnace(24) homogenizes a slag with plural burners(24) by installing in the melting furnace body. A discharging device controls the discharge of the layered slag by installing in an outlet of the homogenizing furnace. A slowly cooling/discharging device(40) cools the hot slag from the homogenizing furnace in the atmosphere slowly by locating under the discharging device. A control unit(50) controls the discharging device and the slowly cooling/discharging device.
