<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically take a photograph where unnatural missing or the like is not present at a part of the face or the body in an automatic photographing device for automatically taking the photograph. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic photographing device has a camera for automatically photographing a person to be photographed, a person-to-be-photographed detection means for detecting the person to be photographed out of an inputted image in the camera, a photographing state deciding means for deciding the propriety of a photographing state from the positional state of the person to be photographed within the photographic frame of the camera, and a photographing means for performing photographing by the camera when the photographing state decided by the photographing state deciding means is excellent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
