<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency dielectric material in which the temperature characteristics of resonance frequency of a high frequency resonator is improved, and which has compounded an organic polymer resin and ceramics, and a resonator being an electronic component using this high frequency dielectric material. <P>SOLUTION: In order to adjust the temperature coefficient of a resin ceramic complex dielectric constant, an organic polymer resin having negative temperature coefficient τε of dielectric constant and a ceramic which has substituted an element so as to make the temperature coefficient of dielectric constant positive are mixed and a high frequency dielectric material having a small temperature coefficient τε is made. By using this material, a high frequency resonator which has small fluctuations of resonance frequency due to temperature variations is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
