<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which enables a user to designate the delivery places in a valid output mode. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is equipped with an inputting means for setting up printing conditions, a valid output mode for ascertaining the state of output under the set printing conditions, a plurality of delivery places for outputting printings, and a delivery place setting means for designating the delivery places of transfer paper printed in the valid output mode.
