<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote start control device for engine start by remote control, even in a vehicle with immobilizer function adopting a variable code. <P>SOLUTION: The remote start control device 41 is mounted on a vehicle equipped with an immobilizer part 31 taking a code signal constituted by including an ID code output based on the insertion of an ignition key 1 into the key cylinder 4 and the variable code changed according to a predetermined condition (for example, a numeric valueβis added to the variable code), and permitting the start of an engine if the taken code signal is collated. The remote start control device 41 has a means for adding the numeric valueβto the variable code stored in an EEPROM 47 when the remote start control device receives start instruction of the engine from a portable transmitter 51, and sending the code signal, which is constituted by including the ID code stored in an EEPROM 46 and the variable code to which the numeric valueβhas been added, to the immobilizer part 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
