PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology considering security, concerning the exchange of information shared between vehicles. SOLUTION: Owner information includes 11 items, i.e., "name", "mail address", "sex", "age", "taste", "personality", "region", "other", "profile", "provision of information of a navigation system", and "request". Each item has setting to indicate whether or not disclosure is performed to a third person. Disclosure recognition information is indicated in the item with "○" described therein, and disclosure nonrecognition information is indicated in the item with "×".
