PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board in which electrical characteristics of a high frequency circuit pattern surrounded by a frame-like beam can be simply grasped and which is easy in manufacturing management. SOLUTION: The circuit board 1 of a large-sized multilayer board includes internal layers 1b, 1c between a front layer 1a and a rear layer 1b, and copper foil patterns 4a-4c of high frequency circuit patterns 4 are provided in the respective layers 1a-1c. The frame-like beam 5 to be removed later is provided at the peripheral edge of the circuit board 1. Inspecting patterns 7a-7c which become electrically independent from the circuit pattern 4, and ground patterns 8a-8c, are provided at the respective layers 1a-1c. These inspecting patterns 7a-7c and the ground patterns 8a-8c are batch-formed at the copper foil patterns 4a-4c provided in the same layer.
