PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of preventing a shock and a sense of incongruity caused by an output change of a power source in correspondence with slippage of a continuously variable transmission, etc.

SOLUTION: This cooperative control device of the power source and the continuously variable transmission connected to the output side of the power source to change input torque to the continuously variable transmission in accordance with a precursory phenomenon of the slippage or establishment of slippage judgement on the continuously variable transmission is furnished with an input torque change restriction means (step S303 to S312) to restrict change controlling contents of the input torque under specified conditions specifying limits of the change controlling contents.
