PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery pack capable of preventing a battery protecting element from being degenerated with heat of molten resin at molding of a resin mold. SOLUTION: The battery pack P comprises a unit cell 1 of a flat square box shape, a poly-switch 8 fitted at an outer periphery side face of the unit cell 1, and a resin mold 2 integrating the poly-switch 8 with the unit cell 1 covering an outer periphery face of the former. The battery pack P is formed by fitting the poly-switch 8 to the outer periphery side face of the unit cell, covering it with a heat-insulating tape 19 of non-foamed resin with a thickness of 0.05 to 0.3 mm, and then, covering the poly-switch 8 together with the heat-insulating tape 19 by the molten resin molding the resin mold 2.
