PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device using an auxiliary mechanism for dies with which fine adjustment of clearance can be performed with high accuracy while applying uniform pressure by small torque force and pressed goods on which burrs or the like are not caused are obtained. SOLUTION: A base stock 5 to be worked is held with upper and lower supporting plates 1, 2 to which male and female dies 3, 4 are mounted respectively, wedge bodies 8 which can be inserted into the bottom part of a bellows 6 provided on the outer frame of the female die, and supporting arms 9 with which the wedge bodies are movable right and left. When the base stock to be worked is held between the female die and the male die while pushing up the base stock to be worked by raising the female die, the male die, the base stock to be worked, and the female die are held in the clamped state with the wedge body.
