PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging terminal protective structure for a mobile telephone in which a charging terminal is usually covered with a protective cover, the protective cover is automatically opened only by mounting a charger in charging, and dust, etc., is prevented from being adhered to the charging terminal when the protective cover is opened and the charger is operated. SOLUTION: When a mobile telephone main body 100 is mounted on a desk-top holder 101 being a charger, a recessed part 4a of the protective cover 4 is engaged with a hook pawl 21b of the desk-top holder 101 side in interlock with a turning operation of the mobile telephone main body 100 in the direction of an arrow C to thereby make the flexible protective cover 4 extend to be in an opened state, then, the exposed charging terminal 11a is brought into contact with a contact spring terminal for charging of the desk-top holder 101 side without any other element abutting on, which realizes one-action charging. When the charging is completed and the mobile telephone main body 100 is dismounted, the protective cover 4 is contracted to be returned to the original position to be in a closed state, then, the charging terminal 11a is protected.
