PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive wearing type soft X-ray detector which is easy to be carried by a worker or the like. SOLUTION: A soft X-ray transmitting film is arranged in an opening part formed on one side surface of a resin-made chamber, and a window part through which the inside of the chamber can be seen from the outside is formed on one side surface adjacent to the side having the soft X-ray transmitting film arranged thereon. A metallic charging plate is substantially vertically arranged within the chamber, and a dielectric ball consisting of a dielectric member is sealed therein. Before the detector is worn, the charging plate is charged to a predetermined electric charge quantity to adhere the dielectric ball to a predetermined position of the charging plate. If the exposure quantity of soft X-ray exceeds a preset limit quantity after the detector is worn, the dielectric ball is fallen. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
