PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a detection precision of a torque sensor having both a torque detection coil and a temperature compensation coil. SOLUTION: The torque sensor 30 comprises a cylinder part 14A provided for the outer circumference of an input shaft 14, a first cylinder 31 which is fixed to the input shaft 14 and in which a magnetic path formation part 31A is formed in a face, a second cylinder 32 which is fixed to an output shaft 15 and in which a magnetic path formation part 32A opposed to the magnetic path formation part 31A of the first cylinder 31 is formed in a face, a first tube body 33 for housing the torque detection coil 35 constituting a magnetic circuit (a) with the first and second cylinders 31 and 32, and a second tube body 34 for housing the temperature compensation coil 36 constituting a magnetic circuit (b) with the cylinder part 14A of the input shaft 14.
