PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger fin capable of improving heat transfer rate while preventing generation of heat bypass flow. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger fin such as a louver fin 4 is provided with a plurality of louvers 5 arranged at certain intervals along the introduction direction X of air A, the louvers being formed by cutting and bending the heat exchanger fin so that the air A may be circulated along the louvers 5. When the length in such a direction that the air circulate in the louvers 5 is made equal to a louver width, the plurality of louvers 5 are formed by alternately arranging wide louvers 5a and narrow louvers 5b.
