PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the ice which uniformly contains mineral components dissolved in a raw water as they are. SOLUTION: An ice-making can 1 is immersed into a cooling refrigerant fluid 3. A temperature of an internal surface (freezing plate 2) of the can is kept at approx. 13°C. A spray pipe 4 is supported in the middle of the can, and nozzles 5 are attached around the pipe. When the raw water 7 is fed from a water tank 6 to the spray pipe 4 by a pump 8, the water blows off from the nozzles 5 in a shape of a fog and minute water droplets adhere to the freezing plate 2 and freeze. Accordingly, an ice layer 9 is formed on the internal surface of the ice-making can, and a thickness of the layer is gradually increased. When the thickness of the ice layer 9 becomes a certain degree of thickness, the water spray is stopped, and the adhering ice layer is taken out of the can and finely crashed by a crasher to be packed for shipping.
