PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reheating gas turbine device capable of obtaining higher thermal efficiency than conventional mirror gas turbine and regenerative cycle. SOLUTION: In this reheating gas turbine device provided with an exhaust heat recovery boiler and constituting a gas turbine cogeneration system, larger expansion ratio can be obtained than compression ratio of a compressor by expanding up to negative pressure, and the heat recovered by the exhaust heat recovery boiler 7 is utilized in generation of steam and supply of hot water to take heat balance.
