PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a vehicle capable of preventing the formation of a bent part in a pipe in which cooling water is fed under pressure as much as possible, exhausting air remaining in the pipe, and preventing rise of temperature of cooling water. SOLUTION: Cooling water leading-out ports 14, 15 for feeding cooling water under pressure to a radiator arranged in a front part of the vehicle are formed on a rear end face of a cylinder head 11 of an engine 3 mounted in such a way that a crank shaft is oriented in the forward and backward directions of the vehicle and a cylinder shaft is inclined. A cooling water leading-out pipe 5 extended from the cooling water leading-out ports 14, 15 is forward extended along a wall face 12a of a cylinder block 12 below an exhaust pipe 8 extended from the cylinder head 11 at a gentle slope and is connected with a cooling water leading-in port of the radiator. Consequently, the cooling water leading-out pipe 5 can communicate an engine 3 side with a radiator side at the gentle slope to reduce water passing resistance and feed the air mixed into the cooling water leading-out pipe 5 onto the radiator side easily.
