ASPHALT CONCRETE RECYCLING DEVICE FOR REPAIR OF PORES IN PAVEMENT DIGGING WORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized portable asphalt concrete recycling device for recycling of peeled-off pavement pieces in a small-scale pavement digging work. SOLUTION: A box made of iron plates is prepared for heating asphalt concrete and a separately made combustion chamber tube is attached to the bottom of the box. Asphalt concrete pieces peeled off by digging work are put into the box and softened by raising the temperature of the combustion chamber tube with an LPG gas torch burner, so that the peeled-off asphalt concrete pieces may be used again for re-pavement work.
