DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING A SHIFT REGISTER CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A display device is provided to suppress the degradation of image quality. CONSTITUTION: The display device comprises shift register circuits(4a1,4a2,4a3) having the first circuit unit(4c1). The first circuit unit has the first transistor(PT1) and the second transistor(PT2) and the third transistor(PT3) and a high resistor(R1). The first transistor is connected to the first potential, and is turned on in response to a clock signal. The second transistor is connected to the second potential. The third transistor is connected between a gate of the first transistor and the second potential. And the high resistor is connected between the gate of the first transistor and a clock signal line supplying the clock signal.
