PURPOSE: A flame stabilization mechanism is provided to stably detect flames by having a stabilization device of the flames. CONSTITUTION: A flame stabilization container(81) has a large caliber than the diameter of a flame stabilization chamber(70). The flame stabilization container is installed on a nozzle plate(25). A heatproof porous member(80) having a large specific surface area and a large pore rate is installed inside the flame stabilization container. A flame detector(54) is installed in the end of a burner toward the porous member. Thereby, the interaction between fast injected air and fuel/pilot flames is minimized and the flames on the porous member are stabilized. Therefore, the flame detector detects the pilot flames always.
