METHOD FOR PROCESSING FLAX FIBRE

摘要

The inventive processing method consists in cleaning, loosening, cottonising up, retting and drying a processed raw material (short flax fibre N~2, codil la and scutches). The loosening up is carried out in three operations i.e. the first operation is carried out prior to cleaning, the second prior to rettin g and the third after drying which is carried out after cottonisation by means of an electro-hydraulic action applied to a processed material placed in a liquid. The use of said invention improves the quality of flax fibre and simplifies the processing thereof.
