<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically insert and distribute an alternative content being not detrimental to sponsor's interests in the case that a user skips an advertisement when receiving the content. <P>SOLUTION: A content distribution system is provided with a viewer terminal 11 and a content server 12. The viewer terminal 11 has a skip input part 21-1 for inputting skip of advertisement information from an advertisement server 13, and streaming data reproducing software 11-1 for reproducing the alternative content in place of advertisement information.
