<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lighting device capable of preventing spotted brightness and color spots by devising a structure of a light guide body. <P>SOLUTION: An embossed face 2d is placed at an incident portion of a light emitted from a light emitting diode 3B composed of a first light emitting diode array 31 on an end face 2b of a light guide plate 2, an orientation angle θ1 of the light from the diode 3B within the plate 2 is made larger than an orientation angle θ2 of the light form a light emitting diode 3Y within the plate 2, and an irradiation range of the light from the diode 3B on a surface 2a of the plate 2 is made equal to that of the light from the diode 3Y on the surface 2a of the plate 2. Therefore, a backlight 1 for preventing generation of the color spot and the spotted brightness at the time both of the diodes 3B and 3Y are lighted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
