<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a plurality of deliveries in a case without opening the case by using a radio tag and determine failure of the radio tag or loss of the delivery. <P>SOLUTION: A recipient's ID number, an ID number of a sender's radio tag, and a registry code are recorded in two radio tags and the two radio tags are put on a registered mail. First, a recipient's ID number, a sender's ID number, and a registry code recorded in one radio tag are read with a radio tag reader from the registered mail. Next, a recipient's ID number, a sender's ID number, and a registry code recorded in the other radio tag are read by the sender's ID number which is already read with the tag reader. The registry codes read from the two radio tags are compared with each other. The result is determined to be normal if the registry codes are identical to each other. When the registry codes are not identical or the other radio tag can not be correctly read with the sender's ID number, the device determines the radio tag has some problem.
