PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olfactory sense examination device easily handled to perform the olganoleptic evaluation of the olfactory sense interestingly and capable of properly judging the olfactory capacity of a person regardless of age especially in the case of an infant or an aged person hard to express a smell. SOLUTION: This olfactory sense examination device is equipped with a smell producing appliance and a smell identifying/displaying device 11. The smell identifying/displaying device 11 has an article display part for displaying an article (coffee) for emitting the smell caused by the smell producing appliance and an article (joss stick, honey, perfume) not emitting the smell by a picture, characters or both of them.
