PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope attachment which accomplishes the treatment such as suction by mounting it accurately and easily at a hole part provided in the tip face of the endoscope while pressing a part protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the distal end of the endoscope. SOLUTION: The endoscope attachment 1 has a cylindrical loading/unloading part 6 which is detachably engaged into forceps and a suction hole (hole part) 5A communicating with the forceps and a suction channel 5 provided at the insertion tube part 3 of the endoscope 2 from the side of the tip face 3a and a cylindrical hood part 7 with the outer diameter smaller than that of the insertion part 3 further protruding outward from the tip face 3a. The hood part 7 is built up of a transparent member, made of a resin, for instance, and the tip part 7a is provided with a through hole 12 communicating with the forceps and the suction hole 5A.
